About Magnolia Collective
We are seasoned real estate agents, team leaders, and brokerage owners with over 20 years in and around the industry. We have worked both in large brokerages and have also started our own, so it is safe to say that we have seen a lot and have a good amount of experience with various things. With all of the changes that we have made, one thing has stayed the same - we are absolutely passionate about helping others be the best versions of themselves. Not only as agents, but also as people. And most specifically women, because hey - we get it. So born is the Magnolia Collective. A group of women who are passionate about helping others, growing themselves, and being part of a supportive group of female agents to learn from. We are excited to utilize our experience and knowledge not only from selling real estate, but also from participating in coaching and learning opportunities ourselves. We are absolutely ecstatic to offer this experience for women in real estate specifically. We are excited to create a custom experience made just for you. This is not your regular rinse and repeat coaching experience that is so popular today. Four 30-minute coaching sessions (or two 1-hour sessions) with Autumn and/or Tara. More time to deep dive into strategies that will grow your business and accountability to see results faster. Personalized guidance and support to focus on your goals with a customized tracking tool to see your progress and receive feedback from Autumn and Tara real time. Access to Tara and Autumn personally for quick questions and guidance. Full access to our library of resources and templates. Invitation to a monthly mastermind with the whole Collective which will provide the perfect platform to connect with other women in the Collective, build referral partnerships, share ideas and get even more support. At this level of coaching, you will also receive the opportunity to be highlighted and pitch yourself to the whole Collective. Access to our private FB group for collaboration and referrals. DUBOIS
I live in Raleigh, NC. I started my career on a team, then left to grow my own. We have been with RE/MAX, were independent for 5 years and are now with Compass. I love helping others, laughing at my own jokes and serving my family. I also love setting goals, working hard and constantly learning. I believe success can take many forms and that if you don’t have a good understanding of what that looks like for you, you will always be striving for something that feels empty. I own a handful of businesses and am passionate about them all. I am also a boy mom, a wife, and a kitty cat mom. I love to read, be outdoors and cook in my free time.
Tara
AIRHART
After building a top brokerage in West Tennessee and Northwest Mississippi, my husband, our four kids, and I made the big move to Park City, Utah. I’m all about serving others and being the best cheerleader anyone could ask for. But above all, family is what’s most important to me, and I never lose sight of that. I’m passionate about teaching my kids the entrepreneurial mindset so they can think outside the box and tackle challenges in their own unique way. When I’m not spending time with my family, you’ll find me skiing, hiking, or unwinding with a good book in the sauna.

Through coaching, we will help you not only set goals and tactics to achieve them, but also to get in touch with your motivations and visions of success. It won’t just be the high-level stuff - we will fine tune your systems, work through scripts, set up systems to track your progress, and much more.
To ensure your sessions are focused and productive, we will engage in some introductory work to ensure we can craft a customized coaching plan for us to work from.
